The long and short of the article is that Epps is filmed on Jan. 5, over the objections of many Trump supporters, as encouraging people to breach the Capitol. Epps was one of the primary instigators of the initial Capitol breach that occurred while Trump was still speaking on January 6. FBI sought his arrest immediately after incident and published his picture as part of its most wanted list. He was identified by many. However, never charged.
