Video: James Franklin addresses Rasheed Walker incident

According to reports earlier Wednesday, Penn State true freshman Rasheed Walker is accused of stealing a $150 mountain bike so as to not have to walk back to his residence, and has been charged with one misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.
