According to
reports earlier Wednesday , Penn State true freshman Rasheed Walker is accused of stealing a $150 mountain bike so as to not have to walk back to his residence, and has been charged with one misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.
Wednesday following the team's practice session, Penn State head coach James Franklin addressed the incident:
