Greetings Fellow Alumni and Penn State Fans!
This is EXCITING!! On a cold, windy Senior Day finale in Beaver Stadium, the seventh-ranked Nittany Lions thrilled a thankful and supportive Thanksgiving Weekend crowd with five unanswered touchdowns after halftime to swamp the Spartans, 45-12, win back the Land Grant Trophy and earn an invitation to their first Big Ten Championship Game.
The Middle Tennessee Alumni Association Chapter (aka Nashville Penn Staters) would like to invite you to join us at our BIG TEN CHAMPIONSHIP game watch party.
We will be having fun watching the game at Tailgate Beer Music Row, 1538 Demonbreun Street, Nashville, TN 37203. We will be outside on the patio. Look for all of our chapter signs and decorations and you will know you are in the right place! Please bring friends and family - we welcome you all!
Roxanne Cisneros, Chapter Board Member, will be your host this week. Make sure to see her or she sees you to get your name tag and DOOR PRIZE ticket. As always we will have some fun and interesting prizes.
Please remember to bring a canned good or other non-perishables to donate to Second Harvest. We will be collecting at every viewing party as it is one of our Chapter's key principles for us to support agencies like Second Harvest in our own community.
The Chapter store will be open during the viewing party so you can purchase all your Nashville Penn Stater items! The holidays are coming and Nashville Penn Stater items and Hatch prints make perfect gifts for family and friends!
We will also have board members available to help you renew your membership or to join for the first time. Don't forget to pick up your annual membership gift while at the game.
New Parking Option!
The apartment complex across from Tailgate Beer on Demonbreun (The Element Music Row) offers public parking! There are two entrances to the parking garage, one on Demonbreun and one on Division.
Parking Rates
$3.00 up to 1 hour
$5.00 up to 4 hours 1am – 7pm seven days per week
$7.00 up to 4 hours between 7pm-1am seven days per week
$10.00 up to 8 hours
$25.00 up to 24 hours
IMPORTANT: Do NOT park in visitor spots as your car will be booted!
