I have not seen this elsewhere--but I got a message from the Alumni Association that the voting is now open. I have no idea who might be "the good guys" here. My guess is that not many made it past the process....

I got one too. I have decided that for the first time in 32 years, not worth the time to submit a ballot.

Up to the individual, but cant bring myself to vote for something that matters so little

The line in the email that stood out to me was "The candidates on the ballot have been vetted and approved by the Alumni Council Nominating Committee." This is an Iranian style election where the ayatollahs decide who is allowed to run. If anyone knows if there are any good candidates to vote for I would like to know. I expect anyone who shares my opinions on what the AA should be doing would be barred from running. I'll send Clifford an email stating such. Not that he cares, but at least I'll let him know why I'm not participating in his sham election/association.

Proper analysis ^^^

I read all the resumes. I think there must have been 3 'fill-in-the-blank' options given the candidates to choose from.
I'd vote if Deb or Sue offered some names from their experience.
I'd probably do the same (even though the Alumni Council has been fully engulfed under the tide of Scoundrels.... it is now as "dead" as any supposed governance body can be)

If we don't pull our collective heads out of our asses vav the "Elected 9" - damn soon - we are soon going to see that "voice" via the BOT succumbing to the same fate.
If THAT happens.....its all over but the crying. At least until such time as "Penn State" collapses under the weight of its own corruption, and must be either left for dead - or rebuilt from the ground up.

I received my ballot as well and won't be voting. The reasoning is explained well in the above quotes.
