Looks like Newman is a North Carolina kid, so I wonder if he wants to stay in the mid-Atlantic region. UVA will be losing Bryce Perkins......they'd be a good choice. Washington lost Eason to the pros earlier than expected, so he could probably go there. Oregon needs to replace Herbert. Oklahoma loves them some grad transfers (though I think they'll stick with Spencer Rattler). Kentucky could probably use a QB that can throw the ball.

That WF QB is a real stud. He’s as good a college QB as any of the QBs that went to NY for the heisman, just not on a great team.
