There's a sports bar right on the main strip (Duval). Can't think of the name of it right now but it's a good place with a big crowd (it's kinda right in the middle of Duval). Hopefully there's no Florida, Miami, or Florida State game at the same time or the place may get packed.

Rum Barrel would have been my suggestion, but I heard that it closed earlier this year.

I'm not aware of a PSU viewing party on Key West. So, a few bars to consider include:

1. JDL's Big Ten - Caroline Street
2. The Lazy Gecko - Duval Street
3. Jack Flats - Duval Street
4. Stick and Stein Sports Rock Cafe - N. Roosevelt Blvd
5. Rick's Key West (aka Durty Harry's) - Duval Street

Have fun

I love Penn State football. That said, if I'm in the Keys and it's a throwaway MAC game....I'm setting the DVR and enjoying the Keys.
To each his own...

You'd enjoy sitting on a bench on Duval and people watching more than watching Penn State beat Akron.

You'll be bored of Key west in a few hours. PSU football will be by far the most fun thing to do. Start calling sports bars and tell them you can bring X number of people if they can guarantee the game will be on.

More fun than the bars that allow you to take your clothes off? Really?

And call ahead to see if they will be showing the game versus aMiami game...?

Michigan Florida is after our Noon start... assume Bama and Florida State Prime Time...

Yes. There are only 12 PSU football games a year (15 this year). There are naked people everyday. Plus you gotta worry about those you don't want to see.
