Anyone familiar with Malaysian painter, Kam Kow Chung. Bought dock on rice paper in the late 1960's Atlantic City Boardwalk show, paid $25. He is now head of the Malaysian Art Institute. Was in touch a few years ago, sent photo of the painting, he thanked me for keeping it in such good shape. It is signed.Russian ( or maybe Israeli) painter of very colorful small boats at a dock.. boat colors reflected on the water.
