We are better again, 7/17, CB Jordan Allen

Lost a PA kid to LSU last year.

Pulled a LA kid this year.

Fair trade? A little shocking because he didn't visit. Is he scheduled to?

The Board
Have no fear. The BWI Coaching Advisory Council's guiding principle is "What have you done for me lately?" By lately, they generally operate on a 12 hour cycle. As sure as summer turns to fall, this site will be saturated with demands for the heads of position coaches, coordinators and yes the head coach. After all, if a fanboy's fantasies can't be realized, what is the McAndrew Board for?

According to Rivals he only made two visits: Louisville and Miami. Apparently the ACC didn't impress him. He was recruited at UCLA by Brian Norwood. I didn't know BN was at UCLA. Small coaching world.

sorry, was traveling all day. (and the DC Beltway still sucks)

I like to include CJF's bat signal tweet in each verbal thread, so:

You should consult Audrey about this. Our coaches may not have offered soon enough or have been too different. Not to mention, IF YOU READ THE ARTICLCLE we offer premiere players late and then don't communicate with them. That is literally what the local "coaching staff" said about us. I'm so passionate because I KNOW we do a great job-I don't need AS -especially as a "fan" to locally lambast us. Who needs enemies when you have fans like this.
It was one coach, who sounded like he has some sort of axe to grind. AS didn’t say it, she was merely writing what he said and besides, she’s a reporter, she’s not supposed to be a fan.

Meanwhile Clemson pulled two CB’s yesterday ranked in the top 60 players overall. But we are just about to turn a corner, eh?

Top ten recruiting classes are nice, we have had them before. None of it matters when Franklin can’t coach his way out of a paper bag.

Heres to hoping he is a good CEO like I believe he is and Trautwein, Yurcich and others can carry the load on gameday while Franklin uses his ouija board to help determine, what a timeout is, when to use it, and why they can be useful.

You could take the fun out of a Roman orgy.

I suggest you follow your own advice and play with your........during gameday. All your angst ain't worth shit anyway. PSU isn't Clemson, Ohio State or Alabama and won't likely be soon ......if ever. I personally hope that USC hires CJF after this year, so I can enjoy an entirely new coaching staff disrespected by nitwits like you. You are elite!

The new term is "First Year" I know PC. 😫
It’s not PC. With kids coming in early, some with a decent number of college credits allowing them to place out of required courses (BDRs at Penn State if I remember correctly) and assume a higher academic standing, it’s just a much more accurate way to describe where a kid is in his collegiate career..

My son, for example, graduated from an early college high school with an Associates Degree and enough college credits to enter Alabama as a Junior, even though it was his first year. He had enough credits that he was taking junior and senior-level courses as a freshman and sophomore, and graduated in three years as a Junior. It’s easier to just say Year 1, year 2, and so on. A lot of kids are doing things like this these days.

That’s some serious hate-us. Well done!

I finally agree with something you said. We won’t be in Alabama company anytime soon, if ever. So why get all excited when we get a top recruit or have a good recruiting class?

we can be perennial top 15-20 which is solid.

Top ten classes aren’t going to change that….glad you have seen the light.
