Virtual universal acknowledgement of Penn State's return to top competitiveness on the football field will happen. We will finish #3 in the rankings. The Committee well have to seriously reconsider its criteria. It will cap an extraordinary season. Should we lose, some of that cred will be diminished, but still no doubt we are back for the future!
We must win Rose Bowl after UW and OSU fall flat.

Hey OP: I think you meant UM, not UW.
The B1G looked pretty good all season; until the Wolverines and (especially) Buckeyes face planted. Now, not so dominating. ACC fans have reason to puff out their chests a little. Many on the Cal Board are calling the B1G overrated and forecasting a USC victory in the Rose Bowl (notwithstanding the fact that the Trojans are universally reviled there). I'm guessing they are not alone.
I really look forward to a PSU victory tomorrow, and the chance to respond to a few of those posts. I look forward even more to Jim Delany having to acknowledge PSU as the school holding up the football reputation of the B1G.

I doubt it. That steamrolling of tOSU last night will still be fresh in the minds of the pollsters.
uw played bama tough for most of the game. they were not quite on the level of bama, but they kept it close. they had a few turnovers and a few bad calls. and bama is better than clemson. osu got destroyed by clem. osu was the one who looked it did not belong. if you really think you would have done better against bama you are fooling yourself. bama's d is insane.
