Bo's average fall time is 91 seconds, Shak, 74 seconds and Hall 116 seconds. With those 3, look at your phone for a few minutes and you just missed 3 falls.

These guys are at the high end of the D1 P4P. Therefore by pinning their opponents, they are not allowing their opponents to grow their skills for the future. thus doing a grave disservice to D1 wrestling overall. You might say its unpatriotic ....

yeah, yeah yeah test board material I know, but it seemed similar and I acknowledge Im different

We probably should lock all threads while they wrestle so everyone can focus in on the FUN!

This will pay dividends at BIGs as well as NCAAs since they will expend as little energy as possible before ending their match. In fact, if Jason is able to compete, I think he will forego his usual catch and release strategy to perfect his new wrestling moves and go hard for a quick pin. In addition to the obvious bonus points, they will have wrestled far less time than most of their opponents in later rounds. And for the fans, this all adds up to a lot of f#*.

We won't get to see Jason playing with his food.

Agree, big advantage to the guys who consistently win by Fall and Techs. Bonus points for the team, less time on the mat means more energy for later in the tournament and less exposure to injury.

You can do the Dean Heil method of winning a championship by wrestling 35 minutes, or the PSU method of winning a title by wrestling less than 20 minutes.
