Well, 7 games into the season, and lots of redshirts still preserved... Will any new FR play?

Some here were adamant that Brooks would play this year.

Other camp true freshmen candidates to play:

Miranda - currently 2nd team Guard, early enrollee that impressed early
Thorpe - 3rd team Guard, who looks like a mountain of an interior olinemen
Faison-Walden - Early enrollee at position of somewhat limited depth

Limited injuries so far have enabled the staff to follow their plan to redshirt all of the true freshmen except those that were originally "Green Lighted".... Wade, Castro-Fields, and Gross-Matos.....

Any other surprises of players that looked like they had a great chance to play in the remainder of 2017 as true freshmen??
