My worry is not the hitting nor the bullpen. My worry is the middle and end of the rotation. Cole is becoming an ace and Burnett has been an ace, but Liriano isn't looking good and Locke and Worry have been awful more times than they've been ok. Gotta hope Morton can fill the void.

Well, I feel a bit better about this team than I did 2 days ago. I thought they might get swept by the Mets, or at least lose 2 of 3.

The mets are a mess lineup wise and offensively. They received some devastating news prior to the game that David Wright has a career limiting / ending injury to his back and even if he returns he will probably never be David Wright again. Even if he returns he will make frequent trips to the DL and days off. They have been really optimistic about his return but this news was a huge let down to this team who have been hanging on by a finger nail with all the big injuries. They may have just lost that last grip on hanging on.
