MSU driving to score before the end of the half and then Bama with an INT on the goal line.... Ouch!

As I wrote during first game tonight - the fat lady is warming up to sing.

I don't see Alabama being outscored by 18 points in the next 25:36. They won't give up 18 IMO, and they will score again.

Tide is just pretty darn solid. Fly to the ball defensively, and Henry has yet to break out. I would guess he will get fed now to run the clock and wear down Sparty with a 17 point lead.

Again, my $0.02. :)

Yeah, they can throw well enough to keep MSU honest and their defense is all over the "old school" style offense that MSU runs. The only teams that can beat Bama are ones that have some sort of spread or read option.

OK, with the punt return TD by Bama I am calling it. Bama wins and likely will only make it look worse for the rest of the game.

And, MSU receiver drop followed by punt return for 6?????
Yeah, plans are being made for Clemson and Alabama. From what I saw today, it looks to be an interesting game.

Should be a great matchup.. Clemson O vs Bama D..

Once agin the big ten team looks slow, uncoordinated, and lumbering out there. OSU beating Bama last year was an upset when Bama collapsed and OSU stayed aggressive. Other than that the big ten teams look way behind the standard.

I guess we will see how (or if) this trend continues tomorrow with all the big ten vs SEC matchups. This is why the OOC scheduling needs to be better than the Akron/ Western Michigan type games. The conference is too inbred to see how far behind it is nationally IMO.

Dantonio's been getting cocky and cockier as the season progressed. Let's be honest, MSU's not here except for Michigan's kicking fiasco on the last play of that game.

Roll Tide!

Love Dantonio running up the middle on 3rd down 31-0 in the 4th..

Dantonio had his team give up and just try keep Bama from scoring any more points at the end of the 3rd Quarter -- really pathetic and the move of a true loser given that it was a "semi-final game". You can't just quit like that with a full quarter to go - that was so lame it isn't even funny imho. Players tend to model the behavior of their coach and when a coach gives up like that, it has to be really depressing to his team and make them really not want to be there despite a full quarter of football remaining.
