Are you saying that when a four year player that is a highly touted recruit comes out and claims the staff is lying to him is not worthy of attention? We just lost several coaches, albeit good riddance on Herb, and we now have current players and former players going to social media to voice concerns and we are not to give this attention?!?

You know damn well that was insincere: Nobody in their right mind is predicting 9 wins next year for a team that has only 80 scholarship players now, has players leaving left and right, has about half a coaching staff left that hasn't split, loses 3 NFL DLinemen, loses half it's secondary, has NO special teams, no kicker or punter, loses an NFL QB, and has the worst offensive line in football.

First of all I have a problem with any adult going on social media to try and vent their problems to the world. Social media is not a giant therapy session and it is embarrassing when adults do that. It's college football and your son got 4 years of free education at a great school. Even Stevie Wonder saw it coming that all the RS Jrs weren't going to be able to stay with the team. And if it's about PT then it's even more ridiculous. I don't want to trash Geno or his family, but this is what happens when you vent to everyone instead of just taking life in stride or talking to friends, family, or a therapist. I've known parents that wanted to fight the coach. What I can assure you is that those Michigan parents thought the coaching staff didn't give their kid a fair chance or they would be starting. That's how parents think. Some of them are smart enough to not spew their BS in public, some aren't.

In no way would I ever support the Pitt program. I have definitely hoped for great things for athletes from my area that ended up a Pitt, but there is zero reason to follow a dead program. Listen momma, your kid is a window-licker and is barely alive. Now, Geno was a very good player, but the writing was on the wall and he had no choice. OK is a great team right now and he will see immediate playing time with a chance at an NC, which he wouldn't have had in his final season at PSU. He made the right decision. Or, Franklin made the right decision by telling him. Either way, best for both parties.

With that being said, Franklin can eat my a$$ right now. His saving grace will be if he can hold this recruiting class together. If so, then it will stem this tide. If not, we might see more bailing overboard.
