Williams Arena? I wasn't there but there seems to be a lot of complaining about the views, concessions, bathrooms on other sites.

Not sure when Williams was built but it is not built to handle a sell out crowd for any kind of extended event like BIGs. Long lines for bathrooms and concessions and the walkways were no where near wide enough to handle a large crowd. That said the seating area was great, although we were a couple of rows to low, which for many events would be great, but for wrestling with multiple mats that is not usually the case.

If you think there were long lines for the bathroom for B1G Wrestling, you should try attending a basketball game there when everybody hits the restrooms at the exact same time! :)

1928, according to Wiki. I heard the B&M'ing at the arena, but I'll take the opposing view. (Generally a positive guy, so this may not surprise some) :).

As I noted in "A Trip to Minnesota", the arena (layout/design - wise) isn't the greatest, particularly given the sell-out. Wasn't much room to move in the concourse at breaks, and the concession lines were long, I'm sure that was frustrating for many. Still, the character and charm of the Barn, for a building in it's last decade before turning 100 :))), was historic to me, so I'm glad I had the chance to enjoy it.

Lol, at first I thought you were commenting on ratio of urinals to sitter! Then I figured out what you meant...

Plus, you need a smiley face after the comment about not being a surprise to some! :)
