1. A good teacher. He is involved in the day to day instruction and coaching of every position. Basic blocking skills should improve.
2. He will discuss with position coaches the skills of each player and use them to help design strategies to optimize talent, not expect the talent to fit a mold he could bring in.
3. Position coaches will learn how to be OCs thru collaborative coaching.
4. Many more explosive plays because of 1-3.
5. A more effective offense against the top defenses in the B1G. He has proven this in the Big 12.
His style of management is a perfect fit for Franklin and the Lions. He will be here 3 years at most. This is a grand slam hire.
