If he's willing to wait until Nagao decides (which ensures we'll get one stud 133), he is welcome to say whatever he wants after the fact. Hell, he can say "the slush fund didn't offer me enough" if he wants lol.

Actually my thoughts were that PSU is the one waiting for Nagao to decide before letting Cannon know whether or not he should decide to go to Rutgers. Kinda harsh but that was my thought.
