My OPINION:
1) A Defensive backfield that can play BOTH a tight man to man, as WELL as a Zone when appropriate... Will take in upgrade in DB size and speed, AND a coaching staff that can COACH it !!
2) Wide receivers that: A) Have GREAT Hands, B) Have good size, C) Have good speed... "A" is the MOST important... but the BEST available of the rest... because RIGHT NOW, we have ONE WR that can RELIABLY CATCH the ball...
3) Upgrade and MAINTAIN the talent level of the OL... AND, I'm not sold on the coaching here... we MIGHT need an upgrade !
4) Maintain the current talent level of all other positions, with Recruiting and Coaching...
