Only two teams posted a worse BT 2014 record than we did..... Purdue and Indiana.. Which means UMD and Rutgers and many others performed better. And of course we went 1-1 vs the newcomers.

Not a lot there to brag about or to feel too cocky about this coming season.

Yet Phil Steele thinks our soft schedule gives us a shot at 10 wins. Wouldnt that be nice!

But we have to be realistic with such a young and still depleted team, ranked around 120th in the nation both offensively and on special teams last season. Ugly numbers to say the least. They dont get much worse!

So who, when, why, and how fast can things turn around, now that CJF etal have one year under their belts and a much better idea of who can do what, in what positions. Who finishes ahead of us in the BT based on W+Ls in the league. And who finishes below us?

This is all about regaining respect in our conference and how soon it will happen. Miracles do happen. When will ours?
