It would seem that the 3 best BIG recruiting HC's today would have to be Urban Meyers, James Franklin and now Jim Harbaugh. Naturally, having the best team in the country now helps Urban Meyers. How Penn State and Michigan perform on the field in the next few years will determine how successful CJF and Harbaugh will be. I have to say though that CJF is as good as the very best in many situations, but he will need to sport a winning record of at least 10 wins per season consistently before the 5 star HS kids come looking for Penn State! On a national basis, I believe CJF is in the top 5-10 now, and should be in the top 3 over the next 5 years (assuming he stays and is as good of a field coach as he is a recruiter).
