Any recommendations on where to watch the game in State College. I think we're deciding between heading downtown after tailgating or to Otto's. In our 30's, would want drinks and food, and to sit at the bar. Thanks!

Stadium would be a decent option.

How many fans come to the game and tailgate but don't have tickets. What is the estimated total crowd around the game?

At the risk of beating a dead horse, if you're looking for game, drinks and food. One you can get at the stadium, the other two, not so much.

Plenty of places to go, but how are you planning on getting there? Just driving? Walking? Bus/taxi?

Never occurred to me to go for the game day experience, then head to a town bar/restaurant, until I joined some friends for a game in Gainesville. Penn State was playing at the same time and someone didn’t have a ticket who really wanted to be there. Saw a win-win and I gave mine up. I watched three games I was interested in and missed none of ours. Was a great day.

Not that I intend to give up my ticket for Saturday’s game...
