  1. Requires the president to release his tax returns. What's that got to do with voters' rights, you might ask.
  2. Same day registration. Get ready to stand in long lines at the polls.
  3. Cast a ballot in 30 minutes or less. See the conflict with No. 2??
  4. Takes redistricting power away from state legislatures and gives it to "special committees." Read: non-elected officials.
  5. No voter ID requirement. Thereby making it incredibly easy to get onto the voter roll.
  6. No purge of voter rolls for inactivity. Thereby making it impossible to get off the voter roll.
  7. Sets up automatic voter registration. Sounds like 'slamming'. Watch what you signup for at promotional events, state fairs, etc...
  8. Grants DOJ more power to interfere with state-run elections. Read: politicizes elections even further.
  9. Expands absentee voting. Makes it so convenient you can drop off your ballots (plural) at the drive thru of your local fast food restaurant.
Here's an idea. Rather than states running elections and the fed micromanaging them, drop all responsibility on the fed's lap. That's the intent anyway. It will save states a lot of heartache.

It all makes perfect sense...

More centralized control
