Whiskey tango foxtrot. How deep is this rabbit hole??

Hopefully, Wolf will support her - if for no other reason than to counter the "efforts" of the Corbett Scoundrels.

The scum factor is strong with that crew.

Thanks bf...we really need her politically healthy. I don't believe anyone else is going to challenge the old political net work. When she came on board stating the removal of political corruption in the state, I realize the powerful thought it humorous, until she stumbled on to porn gate. Judges, DA's,
police.....rut ro have to muzzle her.

If we collected enough money to hire private investigators, I bet we'd find out. I would start by trailing Corbett, Fina, Frazier, Bob Poole, Lubert, Eckel, and Raykovitz. I would bet these trails lead right to organized crime folks.

Don't forget ghost employee Tomalis...Corbett's errand boy/fall guy

So who are you guys going to blame for her refusal to prosecute the Philadelphia democrats who were caught red handed on tape taking bribes?

Plus a major car accident and a divorce. I am not sure naive is the word, perhaps incompetent. This is, of course, very sad because the cesspool that is there really needs someone to come in and clean house.

I think she grossly underestimated the depth of the stench, and the media's complicity in it
Hi Simons.....that's like pigs rolling in $hit! By the way, another thread mentioning steaks has a restaurant in Plano, Texas as one of the favorites. If you haven't eaten there, maybe we should start a collection and send you on reconnaissance.

my best guess - FINA
“Well that is certainly worth the $400k that Fina let Ali skate on. https://t.co/nROO0ta491”
(12:00 )

Ali posed as a lobbyist for fictitious companies. Wearing a recording device, he taped nearly 400 hours of the bribe exchanges, documents show.

Ali cooperated with state prosecutors because he faced 2,088 criminal charges alleging he defrauded the Department of Education when he operated a day-care center in Philadelphia. Charges against him were dropped.

  • Linda Rauch Berkland Tyron Ali was left off the hook for stealing $400K of government money that was earmarked for needy children and Fina made that deal to get a couple of politicians who are now convicted of "conflict of interest". Yep....nothing to see here folks!

Victor Edwards Sounds like taxpayers will still be paying pensions for these crooks for life. That is wrong and it needs to be changed.
  • Oren M Spiegler The tap on the wrist sentences dispensed to these crooks serve to provide a license to steal and it will nothing to deter others who are so inclined. Additionally outrageous is the fact that they served unscathed, and were paid, for months after acknowledging their crimes to the grand jury. Not one colleague, Republican or Democrat, sought to expel, censure, or reprimand them, or even to take to the floor to expose what they had done: no profiles in courage or decency. If this is characteristic of how our justice system operates, it deserves a vote of "no confidence".

wow so one guy gets away with defrauding the taxpayers for $400,000 so they can prosecute 6 officials who allegedly accepted less than $20,000 in "bribes" (btw Seth has yet to disclose which votes were bought with those "bribes")

no wonder PA politics is such a cess pool, with people like you supporting it!

Frank Fina, for screwing up the case by letting Tyrone Ali off the hook before he had testified against them. It's clear evidence that Fina a) is the world's most incompetent prosecutor or b) deliberately wrecked the case.

The amusing story that I read several months ago is that allegedly Seith was a friend of Ali and Fina did Seith a favor by not prosecuting. That is when Fina was with the OAG. Now Fina works for Seith (like a protection agency-got each others a$$). Should I find the article, I’ll post to you. I’m going to be very busy the next week so my fun on the board is done for a while. I’ll still be visiting to see info you folks post. Usually scan the board in the morning & lunch.

but but but Seth says no one gets a pass, not even his friends

"There are no free passes when it comes to political corruption,” Williams said at a Tuesday morning press conference. “You don't get a pass just because you are a friend, or a member of my political party, or race."

Seth Williams . . . #2 in votes for for alumni trustee candidates named "Williams" . . .

That wouldn't surprise me in the least.....amazing that Corbett/Fina had the gall to spend years going after Corbett's political enemies via #bonusgate for misuse of office funds, etc. while at the same time Corbett/Fina were swapping misogynistic porn on OAG computers, misusing resources of the OAG to go after Corbett's political enemies, and too busy with bonusgate to assign proper support to the JS investigation.....oh the irony/hypocrisy!! Of course the PA media is not catching on to any of this and in one case, the Philly Ink is actively promoting Fina's narrative/propaganda....smh

You might be thinking of Fina's failure to prosecute J. Whyatt "Jerry" Mondesire, head of the Philadelphia NAACP chapter and Seth Williams backer. That's the case in which Kane is accused of leaking GJ information. Mysteriously, the Inky is not asking for an explanation of why this dirtbag wasn't prosecuted.

A year or so ago I actually had some twitter banter with good ol' Seth Williams. He kept pointing out to me that Kane is the person who dropped the charges against Ali and I answered Seth saying, yes that's true, however who actually signed the nolle prosequi deal (agreement to drop all charges) with Ali? Seth stopped responding. The reason for that is b/c he knows that his boy Fina is the person who actually signed the nolle pros. deal with Ali (which sandbagged the entire case) just a few weeks before Kane took office. Kane was the one who had to actually execute that deal by dropping the charges (Fina handed her a flaming bag of dog poop then laughed as watched her try to deal with it).

Fina then had the balls to blame Kane dropping the case on her trying to play politics (which the Philly Inq gleefully reported)....I can't wait until this scumbag ahole get's his....he seems to have a lot of friends in high places though.
