I'll give you a head start by putting Saquon Barkley on the list. The question though is to rank them from 1-5 with 1 being the best. Here are my top 5 based on their PSU playing years, not subsequent NFL years.
1. Saquon Barkley - the best RB coming out of any College in at least the top 25 years!
2. Blair Thomas - before his knee injury in his Junior year, he was a jitterbug gone crazy

3. Ki Jana Carter - What a smooth runner he was once he got going down hill. He used to glide!
4. Curt Warner - no one got to the edge faster and no one could cut on a dime like Warner!
5. John Cappelletti - Cappy was my favorite as I was a student while he played and he is still the only Heisman winner at Penn State!
