Had a cheap electric washer and the pump seems shot. Thinking about going with gas for a little more power and wireless, but could be persuaded to stay with electric if power and reliability are adequate.

Greenworks are substantially on sale right now at my local Lowes, which makes me wonder, why? I know that in industry pump seals often fail, but don't know about small pumps like those on a pressure washer.

I have a Simpson, 2800 psi. It’s caused me a lot of trouble but I do enjoy pressure washing. Don’t remember what it cost.

I have one with a honda motor i am not certain of the overall brand name overall but it has been great.

I've been very happy with the Black Max 2700 PSI pressure washer with Subaru engine I bought "factory reconditioned" at deep discount. I purchase most of my tools this way and save BIG $$$.

With advent of Dot.com shopping you have people buying stuff online and not liking it for whatever reason and immediately returning the item to the merchandiser, who in turn sends it back to the manufacturer even though it's perfectly good. Sometimes you have jagoffs who buy things for a quick weekend project and make use of a store's "no questions asked" return policy. At any rate, I have had very good experience buying all sorts of tools from Direct Tools Factory Outlet - https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com

Their inventory is constantly changing but usually they have equipment from Ryobi, Homelite, Ridgid, Hoover... etc. Best "deals" around in my opinion. I don't think I ever even noticed a scratch on any tool I bought from them, let alone something that wasn't function properly.

I bought one with the Honda motor from Direct Tool Outlet last night. May have been a drunk purchase, but it was under $200.

Costco has a 3100 psi Husqvarna on sale for $270 right now.

Good machine. I have one and the extra oomph over a 2500 psi is worth the extra bucks.

One thing to DEFINITELY purchase is the rotating disc attachment that is sold by psi levels at the big box stores. It’s an accessory that you attach to the end of the wand and it’s a circular disc that you basically push along the surface almost like your vacuuming the surface. Under the top of the disc is a rotating head. It allows you to power wash a far greater diameter. It would take me a day to do my driveway the old fashioned way but with the attachment I can do it in an hour. I then let it dry and do it a second time. The only thing that you have to get used to is that you need to continually move the disc. If you just stand in one spot you’ll get circles (especially on a deck) from the head spinning so rapidly.

Those circles eventually fade from sunlight hitting them but you’ll notice them initially. So,you need to continue your sweeping motion as you use the attachment.

It’s a TREMENDOUS assist if you are doing a deck, driveway, or sidewalk. Check it out and you’ll be so happy you did.
