Our coaches persist to put Hack in the shotgun with slow developing run and/or pass plays. With a struggling OL has disaster written all over it. How many hits did Hack take in that game? I only watched the game once and will go back and watch it again but I only saw us run play action pass a handful of times. In those instances, Hack's feet are constantly moving, sets nicely and delivers an accurate pass. Some were dropped but it's obvious that not only is Hack more effective, it keeps the D on their heels a bit and helps the OL which in turn is providing enough time to throw the ball. It also would help in the run game. PAP also worked nicely against OSU the few times we used it. Why don't the coaches see that is effective and helping the offense execute? It's either arrogance or stupidity....or a combination of both....which more than anything is what concerns me the most in the future when we are in a position to compete.
