Why has Messiah Mickens dropped so much in the player rankings?

I seem to remember Mickens, a year ago, being a top50/top100 player nationally.....and number 1 in PA. Now he's dropped out of the Rivals top 250, dropped to 169 on 247, and 180 per On3. In Pa, Rivals had dropped him significantly.

Whats happened????
