So admittedly trolling.
I would say he's yelling (lobbying for future favorable calls) at the table ref (not Bo) for not white paddling a pushout as grounded. Probably saying something like I shouldn't even need to consider using this blue challenge brick (as he slaps it to the mat).
But if I want to play along, I'll go with:
