Will Mark get into Midlands now?

Is he going 184? Or is his weight still on the rise: 197, 285, Unlimited?

Actually, he looked kind of fit mat side in the dual between PSU and Penn

Dumb question but Mark tried to register for Midlands his true freshman year after the deadline expired right? That was the story behind it I think?

Who other top end 184 will be there? Going to go with recent history and prob any decent matchup we want to see with Mark the other guy will duck and mff.

Poznanski is the highest ranked 184 likely to compete at Midlands. Brit Wilson (184-6) and Bernie Truax (174-4) are the only other returning AAs in the field.

Unless some notable grads enter, Mark wins this fairly easily.

Poz is a horse—I could see that one close, but still controlled.

I laughed when the announcer referred to Taylor's first takedown as a "Sweet Old Man Move". The match was from 2015......OLD MAN?? :)

I remember getting the snot beat out of me by him. Weight didn’t matter.

Geno beat the snot out of a lot of people! Still see him once in a while….he remembers almost every score of ever match he ever had. I will ask him about the Cowbell Man next tike I see him!!

Mills v Dresser

I remember when Mills was coaching at Syracuse and decided last minute to compete in Midlands. He was up three weight classes (from 118 to 142) and beat the snot out of NCAA Champ Kevin Dresser. Good times!
Thanks for sharing. Question for all the old-timers, was locked hands not a thing back then? Mills hangs out in that chest wrap position quite a bit from the top position. That would be locked hands these days.
