Just curious from strength/conditioning and weight stand point are there bigger gains from winter workouts or summer workouts? Seems like we here more about big gains after the winter workouts, but then again it is at the start of the long off season.
Take for example a player like Cam Brown. He is 6'5" 225 now and is still pretty skinny. I know there are many variables, but there is no reason he couldn't gain 10lbs by the time the season starts. 10lbs of good weight that is.
