Glov.....I have a long history of dealing with them over the past 25 years. Make me want to die. My last surgery w/ stent was before Christmas. Anyway, my new urologist recommended a new medication, since mine were mostly citric acid. I have had some pangs since then, but very slight, and it seems this new med is doing the trick. It’s helping dissolve them, and I like not laying on the floor crying out for the shotgun! Praying you’ll be done with them. I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy!Oh man, how I don't want to do this but I must.

Potassium Citrate. 1080 mg / tablet. 2 in the am and 2 in the pm in conjunction w/ climax. 1 tablet every night. In the past, doctors only had me on the climax when fighting the stones that were already evident and making me miserable.
I wouldn’t wish kidney stones on my worst enemy. Thad being said, I’ve had lithotripsy done twice now. Both times it went remarkably well. No pain afterward. Wish you the best and get well soon.
