I haven't seen anything that describes what she was upset about, but my guess is that she asked to use the bathroom and was told it was for customers only. Not that I'm defending her behavior, but sometimes the poo is coming whether you like it or not.

I had an acquaintance who had a "wave" while driving in a rural area and pulled off the first highway exit. There was nothing there except for an antique store. He politely asked to use their restroom and was told it was for employees only. He informed them that if they didn't let him use their restroom, there was going to be a mess on their floor (this was not a spiteful threat, just a reality of the situation). They let him use the restroom.

Back to the woman in the video, flinging the poo is obviously over the line, but I could see how she might be upset that she was forced to defecate in front of fat people eating donuts.
