Just checked the roster, and without any official announcement, it looks like some changes are in the works. What I noticed is the following:
- Tamika Jeter is listed as the only assistant at this point. This is a good decision as Tamika was the top U.S. Player out of Dayton and went to UConn as part of two national championships. Will be great as a liaison with the current team and the recruits as we transition to Carolyn. Also, a winner!
- No Director of Community Relations and Director of Operations. I liked Ethan Gelland (Operations) but likely she wants her own person
- The Strength and Conditioning Coach is still listed on the staff. Will be interesting to see what happens with this position as I felt conditioning has been a significant shortfall during the last few years. We'll watch this one closely!
