Would Thad Matta fit in at PSU and would you support his hiring?

Matta has a very serious foot drop injury. Can't possibly see how he could recruit. Some people in Columbus have stated that his contract requires that he look for a new coaching job or a broadcasting job to get his buy-out payments over the next 3 years. Very unfair and stupid if his buy-out does contain such a provision. When healthy he did a good job for OSU, and it should be happy pay his buy-out, which I read was $3,000,000 per year. Yes he would fit in at PSU. He seems like a guy who would figure out the culture and expectation of his employer, as would most people. He was not, however, a very good coach. It was all recruiting. Same thing people are complaining about with Pat.
