‘Bama Doesn’t Need Help - But They’re Getting It!

First series, ‘Bama back fumbles. Miss St recovers. Player eventually ruled down on the play as the officials all look at each other with no definitive call being made while a Miss St player runs down the field with the ball.

‘Bama takes their time to get off their next snap. Replay CLEARLY shows it’s a fumble. Announcers calling for the replay booth to call down, review the play.

Never happens.....a few plays later, 7-0.

Why have replay? If it’s a close play, it’s gotta be reviewed. A team shouldn’t have to call a timeout to get a play reviewed.

Are they ever. The block in the back call that just wiped out a Miss. St. TD was a phantom block. Then came the 3rd down blitz where it should have either been illegal procedure on Miss. St. or Bama was about a yard offside.
