2015 PIAA AAA D1 Preview Plus

Not sure if any of you guys frequent the District 1 PA Wrestling Forum which is one of the best and most active HS Wrestling web sites in the country.

Each year before States, Greg Farrell would write up a preview at each weight detailing the District 1 entries chances for the site. Unfortunately, Greg passed suddenly in late 2013 and I wrote my first preview for the site in 2014, trying my best to mimic his style as a tribute to Greg.

This year I did a more detailed preview and added some thoughts on each weight class state wide. It is written from a SE Region perspective, but I thought some of you might enjoy it. The entire document can be viewed here:

Thanks. It was a lot more work this year with the SE having 5 qualifiers AND the extra 8 pigtails that are crossing all over the place. Going to take me a year or two to get the sample bracket down well.
