2017 recruiting questions?

I thought everyone has been talking about getting a big DT, box LB and a big hitter safety. it seems like what we are seeing in the last few days is Castro-Fields = good fit on the safety need, but nothing around LB or DT. Everyone was saying the only reason Proctor picked VT was there was "no room at the Penn State inn". it appears that we have openings, so is Proctor still coming for a visit next weekend? Are we still alive for Conliffe?

everyone = the majority of this board talking about recruits over the last couple months + Phil + Jed + Steve + callers into their radio show + BTN analysts on recruiting

The culmination of the class will take a little more patience. Castro-Fields was the only visitor this past weekend. There are two more weekends before signing day and those next two seemed to be pointed to for a few additional visits. Not to mention the late offers going out and potentially those players coming for a visit in the next 2 weeks as well. Uncommitted kids like the WR offered today or potential flips.

Castro-Fields may be a CB or Safety. The kid's comments seem to indicate he will play CB. Who knows. But just a great DB prospect.

What we say here really means nothing regarding position needs. CJF hasn't announced what positions he has prioritized, so the reality is that we'll all find out the positions of the last few positions together. It seems with the quick offer out after the WR commit got a ND offer that CJF is intent on taking at least 3 WR's in the class, and Web is reportedly going to visit. We'll all just have to see who shows up the next two weekends and then see who's names are on the Fax machine papers on signing day.....

Uh no, that is not the definition of "everyone" and it was never the majority of posters.

If the Journey Brown commitment should have taught you anything is that all of those people are merely guessing.
