2018 NCAAs -- Session 2 Thread

please use this thread to discuss the matches of PSU wrestlers, matches of interest by other wrestlers, etc. If responding to a post, please use the Quote function. I'll post Mat assignments as I find them, but others are welcome to post that as well. I'll provide PBP as best as I can (I expect to be good for all matches, unless two PSU wrestlers are wrestling at the same time).

Just a reminder that the round starts with preliminary (pigtail) consolation matches, then R2 of the Championship bracket, and then R1 consolation matches, and then R2 consolation matches.

Hopefully if we get 2 thru conscis and 7 into quarters with 11 bonus point wins maybe some of the whinning and bytching can be minimized.

would be nice. that said, game threads are overly negative when things go less than perfectly, and overly positive when things are going very well. It's just the nature of the beast

I hope you didn't hurt your finger too bad. I hurt mine playing volleyball on December 23 and still can't bend it without hurting. My wife said in my case a 70 year old should not be trying to block a 35 year old.
