Also those criteria aren't defined or weighted, so it's a free for all.Criteria
record, number of pins, dominance, past credentials, quality of competition, sportsmanship/citizenship and heart.
I actually wouldn’t be surprised at all if they give it to YianniAlso those criteria aren't defined or weighted, so it's a free for all.
The voters could as easily give it to Yianni, 4x champ = past credentials. Just like when Dieringer lost every other category to Zain.
It's bad enough Rivera screws up, but how can these reviews take so long. It's been horrible all weekend. Time for a new system. With technology how can it take this long
That'll be weird when they give it to the guy that Sammy Sasso beat...I actually wouldn’t be surprised at all if they give it to Yianni
I'd be surprised if they didn't, at least as a tie. Assuming he wins tonight.I actually wouldn’t be surprised at all if they give it to Yianni

Yeah, thank God. Angel wasn't going to reverse that callIf that call was not independently reviewed from outside of the arena I doubt it gets changed.
I think it's just that Parris is strong as an OX with excellent quickness. He dispatched Cassioppi
None of the criteria is weighted in any particular order. It is very much personalized. And past credentials are behind number of pins and dominance which Parris has. Heavyweight was also probably tougher than 174 this year. Hate to say it but sportsmanship goes to Parris as well
I find what he says extremely interesting and something that has eternal value as opposed to the regular thanking of coaches, family and teammates which indeed with thanking. But who doesn't know that.I don’t find his faith disagreeable. Don’t put that on me. Many religious people find something interesting to say in the span of 4 years.
Just not sure that Sasso can out-funk or out-scramble Yianni,Go Sasso! I think Yianni has been a bit tight the last two matches. Sasso could do it if he wrestles smart.
In my dreams, David beats him.You beat me to it, Conewago!
Fireman's Carry yet again. How many times is Kerk going to give up the Fireman's Carry Dump to Parris this year??? Geez. Kerk finished virtually every leg attack he made last year... this year, he ends up in a scramble on top time-aftet-time.... lets Parris work to one side under his arm..... and dumps him. Has to be the 4th or 5th time I've seen Parris do the near identical thing!
Are we still allowed to bitch now that he's at the NLWC? I vote yes. But at least it was brief. The obligatory interview with Dake of course.
Your a good egg to stop over after that tough loss. Congrats to all the guys that competed stay healthy & see you next fall.great match, but heartbroken for real. was in the driver seat and make a huge mistake.
I am not sure I would waste it on that.If I had a spare wish in my pocket it would be for anyone being interviewed post match that they would automatically remove their mouth guard.
I hope you are right. I want Starocci to win. I just don’t think it happens.None of the criteria is weighted in any particular order. It is very much personalized.
There was nobody close to as dominant as Zain was when Deringer's 3 championships were ruled superior.
It would be rare for it to go to a first time champ over an undefeated 3 time champ.
Yes, because in this capacity he's merely a Cornell homer. Are we still allowed to bitch now that he's at the NLWC? I vote yes. But at least it was brief.
