Was just up there this weekend for a frat alumni weekend. Been watching he Potters Mill bypass progress from the start through the finish....much like the "narrows" south of Lewistown years ago. That bypass sure does sweep past that intersection by the Citgo. It still funnels into one lane into town but I can see that this should alleviate SOME of the traffic jam issues heading out after the game since you won't have that 3 way intersection to mess with.
Now if they can FINALLY finish I-83 before you get to I-81 in Harrisburg then I might be happy. That section has sure taken forever to finish.
