Another 10lbs of muscle for next year - yikes! I am starting to smell 2 years of Cassar, top 4 and in the conversation for NC, followed by a clone in AJ Ferrari in 2020-24.

You heard it here first but AJ may be just too big to stay at 197. PSU may set the trend for the new style of 'athletic' heavy.

Of course Seth will have something to say about this, but my spider senses are tingling and I like it!!!
