Advise on travel...can I make it?

I will be attending my daughters swim meet on Saturday morning on Long Island (Nassau Aquatic Center) which is ~4.5 hours from State College along Rt 80. Meet should finish ~1-1:30pm. Can I make it to the game Saturday. Wife says no. Daughter and I want to go for it. Thoughts?
