Without playing a game the devaluation of PSU recruits during the latest reevaluation period has led Rivals to drop PSU from #4 to #10.in the Team Ratings. Now we are #4 in The Big Ten behind OSU, Mich, and MSU.
But, no one fear, Rivals is "Fair and Balanced"....
I know, these ratings mean little - except maybe to other recruits and the momentum that the ratings create - however, it is infuriating as to Mom, country and apple pie!
