There is a certain bald fellow who can coach a little and knows a thing or two about what's going in the room who said on his radio show in mid-December that Cassar was "fighting back and should be cleared soon. He's been training hard every day." On media day in mid-January, the same guy said Cassar was "going full for the most part with some caution. Full-speed with caution, so that's something that'll play out over the next couple weeks."

If Cassar's return is so iffy that we should be just hoping for the best and wishing him good luck with his academics, I'm not sure we can blame the internet or the message boards for the hype.

What does "going full for the most part with some caution" even mean? He goes hard for 15 sec and then stops?

I'd say Cael was engaging in some patently obvious coachspeak, except we established here a few months ago that he doesn't do that.

I get it, Cholley. That's exactly what Coach said. He also made statements about Jered and Shakur in the same 12/14/16 show that ended up playing out different than stated. Doesn't mean Coach was wrong, as I have always taken his comments as honest and forthcoming, yet balancing privacy and other's right to know. My view, from the situation I'm in, is to wait until the wrestle-off actually happens, or the guy is penciled in for a dual, before proclaiming anything.

Yes. Good chance Rasheed will be wrestling off with Cassar and Cutch....I would guess Cassar will be very tough to beat now that he is 100 %....Let's hope he stays that way....
