You have to believe that there are behind the scenes negotiations between Brown's people and the accusers people about a serious payoff to keep her quiet. Brown has millions at stake.

In Brown’s text, he admits to ejaculating on her back and laughing about it with friends. She claims it was non consensual and I believe her. If that were your daughter, I am sure you would be angry. At the very least, he is a deviant with no respect for women and this is more than just a money grab. Normal people don’t do that to women.
Put yourself in her shoes - her name is gonna get dragged through the mud regardless, and no court is going to criminally convict him, so why not hit him where it hurts? He’s already proven he’s all about the $$...if what she says is true, why not walk away with something?

When masturbating and ejaculating on somebody's back without the person's knowledge or consent is a red herring, that is a problem in and of itself. I would suggest that a Count for Battery in a Complaint based on this disgusting behavior is not a mere red herring. It might pale in comparison to the rape, but it should not be discounted just because he is accused of something worse. If this proves to be true, and it appears from the corroborating evidence in the Complaint that it is true, Antonio Brown is a sick puppy and his behavior is terrible by any standards.

If I offered you the opportunity to stay at my house with my wife and kids and news came out that you were accused of rape, I wouldn’t be waiting for the courts to decide whether or not I should rescind the offer.
That is the standard for putting people in prison. It is not the standard for letting people sleep in your house.

Innocent until proven guilty is for courts, not personal opinions or decisions. Otherwise you aren’t allowed to believe OJ did it. I don’t need beyond a reasonable doubt to form opinions.
