Anybody seen our beloved poster 'fair' lately??

Maybe he finally got together with Diane Lane and will come up for air in a couple of days ... huh? Whazzat? Oh, she tells me that she hasn't seen him.

I realize many agree with the Chambers one game suspension. I do not. In fact, the absurdity of the action is, for me, the proverbial straw....
I need to take a break from all things Penn State. I have no idea how long that will be, but I only announce it to avoid speculation that I have died or am in jail. Diane Lane's birthday is January 22nd. If I don't return by that date I may be gone a long time. Peace.

I was pretty busy that day, and did not see his post until just now when I went looking for his last post.

I had noticed he was not posting, and thought it might be related to the Orthodox Christmas, which took place on Jan. 7.

Here's hoping that @fairgambit finds some peace, and returns to the board in the near future.

A friend of mine who lurks but does not post told me about this thread. I appreciate your concern GLOV, but there is no need to fear. I am alive and well. The New Year has brought more introspection as it often does for many of us. I have taken a number of items off my bucket list but have added still more goals leaving me a bit melancholy. The march of time is relentless and there is so much left to do. I will continue to post here but much less often. I've said this before and failed to follow through but this New Year finds me more determined to prioritize my life. While I love this board community, I have to focus on some other goals and dreams. Thanks again for the concern GLOV. All the best to you and my other board friends.

I’m not buying it. Your personal trainer said if you want to get drafted it has to be a full time commitment with no distractions. That said I will try to respect your decision.
