Anyone looking for Rose Bowl tickets….

There are some good seats in there. I am going but haven't bought tickets yet. I see that several brokers are now selling seats in the $170 range. The Rose Bowl has two different configurations: bench seats like the Beav and chairs. There is a huge difference in price. This site has chairbacks for $300.

There are three price levels:
$165 - Endzone Bench
$265 - Sidelines (corners to sideline) chairbacks
$295 - Between what looks like the 30s Chairbacks

We didn't want endzones, so we were forced to move up to the higher level. When you look at the difference in moving between the 30s, the price is negligible. It sucks that there's such a price difference to get out of the endzone but... we felt it made sense to move up to the $295 level.

Where are you seeing 170s? Best I have seen is low 200s.

Thanks. It seems prices are dropping.
It appears you can get fixed-price tickets through PSU or Utah. Or, you can go with a ticket broker. The way the brokers work is that they have AI software that increases or decreases prices based on activity. the lower the activity, the lower the prices. It's a crap shoot. Through a broker, you are also hoping somebody just wants to dump tickets and minimize their losses. Once in a while, you'll sign on to see a great price but they get sucked up immediately. I know people that do this with used cars.....they hit the used car selling web sites and hope someone under values their car....they buy it, drive it for a few months, then sell it for a profit.

I found a ticket broker site that does not charge a service fee. Prices were reasonable.

Fees on StubHub bring those $166 tix to $213 each. Check out TickPick for no-fee tix. Their lowest price now is $198. It's still a markup over list price, but more reasonable. Your best bet is to find someone to see at face - or wait it out and roll the dice. The issue with rolling the dice is that you'll likely end up with crappy seats, but they will be cheap.

I am not even sure if the Rose Bowl, like many other venues, will even take paper tickets. If not paper tickets, you can't buy them on the street.

Yes TickPick is what I saw. These other sites and their fees are a joke. Not sure how they can advertise a price then upcharge you another 25-30% with fees when you check out. $166 to $213 is almost a 30% increase.

That’s why I love TickPick for higher priced games. They may not have the same level of inventory, but the fees are killer at the others.

The fees these tickets sites charge is outrageous. $60 to $80 per ticket sometimes!

I'm needing to sell two tickets for $330 each just to try to recoup my initial cost. Section 11 about 50 rows back...right on the Utah/PSU fan line. PSU end zone.

I don't want to give $120 to Ticketmaster to sell them for me (or for you to lose over $100 either in fees). DM me or email africamurphy@yahoo.com if interested
It looks like Penn State is sold out but they are still available on the Utah site. Anyone looking for last minute Christmas gifts? ;)
