They also barely beat a very mediocre Baylor team, and of course lost to a three-loss KSU; teams like Tennessee and PSU, and of course Bama, probably are better than they are.Kansas has been just awful and in trying to build up the game the announcers said Kansas only lost to TCU by 7 points. It has me wondering how good is TCU really? This 6-6 Kansas team is getting killed by a 6-6 Arkansas team 31-13 at half.

Someone said in a different thread that they had 30 players either transfer out or opt out.Kansas has been just awful and in trying to build up the game the announcers said Kansas only lost to TCU by 7 points. Damn. I got bored and turned on Oregon and North Carolina. Did someone drug the Arkansas players at the half?Overtime

Yeah, if Arkansas really had a few dozen players out, it surely had to affect the depth which would particularly show later in the game.I would say they ran out of steam, but let's not kid ourselves: how many kids actually play in competitive games? Unless a position group was decimated, essentially you have the kids who are going to play with less backups.
Forgot to add. All those premadona WR's that either left early or went into the portal? Arkansas WR had ZERO drops yesterday. It appears there were major locker room issues at Arkansas this year. Looks like all the undercurrent has cleared out and there were several true freshmen who played in their first game. Then Rocket Sanders and Ty'Kieast Crawford got hurt in the first quarter. Arkansas played this game with only 46 scholarship players.
I think Sam is just as bad as Franklin in managing a game, but this may be a springboard to a better season in 2023. If Sam has another 6-6 year, he will resign. Look for Cadillac Williams to be a canidate.
