I DVRed the game and am just watching now. Wow, that guy can really make some moves... not just fast, but just as shifty.

He feels like a Devin Hester type return guy -- every time he touches it, he might do something special. PSU gets that TD at the end of the first half because of Franklin's decision to use the weapon he has back there in the return game and Hamler came through with the play. If 20 had hit the punter, Hamler could have scored on that punt return.
What did they call him in HS -- the human pinball machine? Definitely applied to that return. What fun it is going to be watching him for the next couple of seasons. The Fox announcer called it a Reggie Bush kind of play.
He should gave the green light whenever he is out there, be it punt or kickoff.
Overlooked on the punt return was the great blocking.. on a return with that much dancing around, 99% of the time you see Illegal Block in the Back or something similar
Besides 26 last year, we haven't had a great returner in years. All three phases are coming together and it's spectacular!
Yeah, and I think that Thompkins still deserves to be the starting punt returner... lots of depth at ST return position.
