I know he finished his degree on line but was surprised to not see Nick Lee on the 2017 All-Senior Team. I get that his path is non-traditional and he didn't wrestle in a state tournament or national prep tournament but it's a shame he's not recognized for his accomplishments by The Open Mat.

Props to Brady Berge who was recognized as a 1st teamer in 2017 and wasn't called out in Tom's message above.

He didn't wrestle any high school matches. It's kind of hard to rank him if he didn't wrestle. Yianni was 3rd team, which nobody would have predicted before the season, but he got injured and missed a lot of matches at the end of the year, which affected his ranking.

Yeah, I was inconsistent there. I wasn't going to call out any wrestlers in the Senior or Junior links. However, there were so many PSU recruits and targets in the Junior Team that I decided to mention them. In hindsight, I should have gone back and called out Berge for the Senior Team.
